Monster Design - Candle Rat

Name of Creature: Candle Rat

Description and Bio:
This creature is never talked about out loud, only whispered. For this thing was ones a man, who for a long time lived in dark alleyways, tunnels and any other dark places to keep out of the way of people; that, and to hide away what was is misshapen body and face; with only candles giving him any sought of light. He fed on what he could, things thrown away, trash, clean water from leaking pipes, but most of all was the rats who were his family as well as his meal. Homeless and forgotten, he soon faded away. It is said that you can hear its un-human like breathing and flickering lights coming from dark places, drawing those into a painful and horrific death.

This creature keeps very still, waiting for any passers-by to rip, tear, and mangal the victim; making them almost unrecognisable. Though large, the creature can be lightning fast if the victim escapes. Blind at the front, he has two sets of eyes (two on each shoulder) to see things coming on the side; not needing any at the front since it can tase the victim.
